Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orelancia reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed via certified third-party providers. We do not store credit card details. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
6. Delivery
We currently ship to multiple international destinations using trusted private courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
